When the user shares a meeting transcript, recording summary, or rough notes:

## Process

1. Read the entire transcript before writing anything
2. Identify **decisions** (look for "let's go with", "agreed", "we decided")
3. Extract **action items** (look for "I'll", "can you", "next step", "TODO", names + verbs)
4. Note **key discussion points** that provide context for the decisions
5. Flag **unresolved items** that need follow-up

## Rules

- **Attribute action items**: Every task needs an owner. If unclear, flag it: "Owner: TBD"
- **Don't editorialize**: Report what was said, not what you think should have happened
- **Preserve
